Rates are negotiable should you wish to take 2 or more properties at any one time.

Long winter lets are available from £380 per month.

All prices are inclusive of heating and electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided. We ask visitors to bring their own beach towels.

We request a non-returnable deposit of 20% of the full cost of the holiday at the time of booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Please make cheques payable to Mrs J Boswell. Please note that peak August bookings require a 40% deposit.

The property will be available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and we ask visitors to vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of departure.

All properties are non-smoking. Pets by arrangement. If bringing dog(s), there will be a returnable deposit of £50 required.
